Returning Your Order
Before returning an item, you must obtain an authorization number from our customer service department. Returns shipped to us without an authorization number will be refused.
We accept returns on most orders within 30 days of purchase. Refunds for returned items will be provided in your original form of payment, less a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping the items to you.
The item you wish to return must be unopened, clean and in resalable condition. Not all items may be returned, please contact us before returning any packages.
Note: The cost of shipping your returned item will not be covered by AboveGroundPool.com.
If your item is covered under warranty and fails due to a defect, you will either receive a replacement or partial credit towards a replacement item. The replacement item or credit amount will be determined by the specific warranty that the item is covered by. Please note that warranties do not cover the cost of third-party repair services, as well as the cost of shipping a replacement item.
A restocking fee of 20%, plus all shipping charges (in both directions) will be charged on all refused deliveries. If you are considering refusing your delivery, please contact us first to see if we can resolve the issue.
If your shipment is clearly damaged upon arrival, please contact us before signing for the delivery. Ask the driver to wait while you make the call. DO NOT sign for the delivery. Signing for the delivery implies to the freight company that the shipment was received in good condition.
If the driver is not present when you receive your package, or you determine there is damage only after opening your shipment, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-441-7789.
Received the Wrong Product
If you believe you received the wrong product, do not open the package (if possible). Please contact our customer service department at 1-800-441-7789.
