The Atlas is white and made of heavy gauge extruded
aluminum. This pool will last for many years and
allows you to have the look of an inground pool
with ease of an above ground. The wall sections
are supported by the bottom track in a receiving
channel, providing a solid foundation and maximum
overall structural integrity. Top Rails: The massive
6" top rail, like the bottom is made also made
of extra-heavy extruded aluminum, as are the vertical
stabilizer bars.
The top rail and bottom rail sections are bolted
together using 5/8" machine bolts and 1/4"
extruded aluminum joiners. Others used steel, which
as we all know, will rust! |
All exposed aluminum parts are
given a coat of electrostatically applied
and baked grey polyester to give a smooth,
high-gloss finish that will last for years.
This wall is cut and all holes drilled prior
to painting.
This pool is so strong that we allow you to
sink it into the ground and back fill it with
dirt to make an inground pool. No other above
ground pool is as strong as this. If you backfilled
a rolled steel pool with dirt it would cave
in and destroy itself. The walls are self-supporting,
so you don't have to worry about them caving
in or collapsing. No matter if you put this
pool completely above ground or inground,
or even semi-inground, this pool will last
for many years. The walls are so strong that
sharp objects or hard blows won't hurt it.
It literally would take a gunshot to puncture
the walls. Liner installation is a breeze.
This pool uses a beaded liner, so you wouldn't
have to remove the top rack to install your
liner. The beaded edge of the liner fits snugly
into the top rail receiver channel.
How Can You Tell if a Pool Was Designed
for Semi-Inground or Inground Use?
Never bury a pool that was intended for aboveground
use. You can easily tell the difference. Above
ground pools have flexible rolled sheet walls.
You will never find an inground pool with
a rolled wall. The Atlas Pool is made with
rigid, interlocking, extruded aluminum panels.

in construction used on inground pools. |
